Musician Rema Namakula has revealed she has never signed a contract with manager Kayemba Solomon for all the years they have worked together.
She explained they don’t have any signed agreement, and they operate as mutual friends who have the same interests.
Rema said they only have verbal agreements, and they always meet and talk depending on a particular goal they aim at.
“I actually don’t have a contract with my manager, and I have never signed any agreement with him. We just talk and agree; after all, we are friends, and a friend can never betray another,” she said in an interview with a local television.
Rema also revealed she started working with Kayemba while she was still at Gagamel, and their friendship just continues to grow every day.
Namakula made the revelation ahead of her concert taking place on the 23rd of this month at Sheraton Hotel, Kampala.
