Balaam says that the idea of using a juvenile to wear as a woman and he takes him to stage where he is used to market songs and vixen is punishable and Henry Mwanje was then sent to police where he would make a statement on his doings.
For Da Nu Eagles singer Henry Mwanje found himself in trouble with human rights and youth minister Hon Balaam Barugahara for using a young boy named “Pius” as a vixen before he was old enough to feature in such songs.
