Earlier today NUP president Bobi Wine was set to drive the NUP caravan to Nakasongora district but it hasn’t been business as usual as police and army acting on orders from above halted the tour by deploying heavily at the venue and whoever tried accessing it was told to go on their other business but not expect a political rally in the central district of Nakasongola whilst they could test teargas and even face arrest.
